Private Sale

It begins next Monday, June 7th and will run until June 24th. In this period, all investors who wish to participate must invest the equivalent in BNB at the beginning of the round of a minimum € 500 and a maximum of € 50,000. SHIRTUM will sign an investment contract in which both parties will agree on the amount of $SHI to be received by the investor and the vesting period. During this phase there will be two hundred and forty million tokens (240,000,000), divided into two rounds of 120 million tokens each, at a price of €0.0275 (Round 1) and €0.03 (Round 2) respectively. If this private sale phase ends without having sold all 240 million tokens, the unsold tokens will be split 50/50 between the burning pool and the treasury reserves.

The vesting period for private investors will be as follows:

In Round 1 of the Private Sale: 20% of the tokens will be released 30 minutes after the Token Generation Event, and 20% at the end of each month for the next four months until 100% of the tokens purchased by the user are released.
In Round 2 of the Private Sale: 20% of the tokens will be released 30 minutes after the Token Generation Event, and 16% each month for the next five months until 100% of the tokens purchased by the user are released.

Community Sale

The public offering will take place on June 25th at 16:00 UTC and the tokens will be priced at €0.036 per token. The public offering will last for up to 7 days or until all tokens of the 138,000,000 allocated for this phase have been sold. The minimum ticket will be 100€ and the maximum for this round 1,000€. The soft cap is 1,000,000€ and the hard cap, 5,000,000€.
